The estate is home to two exclusive villas, Villa Levanta and Villa Daphne, each privately appointed with its own distinct character. Enjoy exclusive access to two extraordinary private villas overlooking Achladies Bay. Guests enjoy full access to both villas, pools, gathering spaces, private beach access, daily housekeeping, attentive service from dedicated live-in staff, and all retreat activities, regardless of their accommodation choice. Begin each day with a freshly prepared breakfast and gather for chef-crafted lunches and elegant dinners at the villas. On two evenings, we'll venture into Skiathos Town for memorable waterfront dining. Every meal is thoughtfully curated and included.
Start each morning with Classical Pilates overlooking the Aegean Sea, led by me, Marcia Sheldon, PT, drawing on more than three decades of teaching and clinical expertise. Each afternoon, restore and unwind with Yin Yoga designed to complement our active days and support deep recovery.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Skiathos, including international and domestic airfare, personal transportation to their departure airport, and any pre- or post-retreat accommodations.
Travel insurance is required for all guests. Ask about comprehensive coverage, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) protection. I will be partnering with Wanderwell if interested; reach out to me.
Professional massage treatments will be available at the villas for an additional fee. Details and advance booking information will be provided upon registration.
Personal shopping, souvenirs, optional independent excursions, bicycle rentals, and incidental purchases are not included.
Alcoholic beverages beyond those served during included meals and sailing excursions are at your own expense.
Any personal medical expenses, healthcare services, or emergency care remain the responsibility of each guest.
We visited Villa Daphne in mid-September 2025 as a group of 8 people, and it was the first time we had all been away together in many years. We were all blown away by almost every aspect of the venue and staff, and omg, the views were just amazing. Nikos was very helpful and available for questions, but the 3 staff members who were really only visible when you needed them were delightful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We had some reservations before we arrived, as some of the party are quite picky and one is a celiac, but again, we were so impressed. It was a truly luxurious and memorable stay, with a lovely beach close by, a water taxi for heading to town straight off the beach, and so much to see across the island. Our guided kayak and SUP session takes you along the wild Skiathos coastline, past hidden coves, secret beaches, and waters so clear you can see straight to the bottom. Enjoy swimming stops, photo opportunities, moments to relax, and pure Aegean discovery as we explore beautiful beaches and hidden coastal gems. No experience is necessary. Just show up and play.
As the afternoon light softens over Achladies Bay, we gather for Yin Yoga—a slow, restorative practice designed to help you release, surrender, and renew. The perfect counterbalance to a day of adventure, sunshine, and saltwater.
